    you cant get mad at him. hes right. read ANY nutritional book or talk to any trainer, you CAN NOT have abs if you are not on a fat burning diet! Most fat sits on the chest and lower stomach.

    A muscle group should only be worked out every other day. So do upper one day, lower the other day. Abs heal faster, but if you’re going CRAZY at abs do it like anything else.

    his was ok but i have created the best ab workout u could posibly take i bet even he would strugle with it i may only be 15 but ive created this from different exercises out of boxing classes so message me if u think u can handle it and ill message u one of my routines i went from flabby stomache to 6pack in 2months with it

    Using those balls is boring. I prefer to do kickboxing cardio, then ab workout , then kickboxing, etc etc, for 30 min or so.

    Well in my opinion what Vince says in the video makes a lot of sense. I like what he does, and OK so I may be biased, and the video may be over the top, but honestly, you cannot say that what he does will not work – he is the living evidence of it for one thing.
