Hey, i am 17 years old and have been working out my abs since i was 15. My abs are well defined, but there are only 4 of them… Just recently 2 little top ones started peekin out, but i was wondering if there is anyway i can make my top 2 abs into big ones like the ones below it, or if its just the retarded shape of my abs. i was also thinking it could be im growing, and my muscles arent fully developed yet either. any tips?
