Lower Ab Workout? Looking for a Way To Shape Up Your Abs?

By admin on September 4, 2009 in Uncategorized

If you are looking for a way to tone up and firm up your saggy belly (aren’t we all???), you have come to the right place!  There are so many stories, products and ab-whatcha-ma-call-its on the market today, that it is no wonder that we are sometimes confused on what to do.

The informercials say that those regular crunches don’t work – they do!  You just have to know HOW and when to do them.  One program I love is Mike Geary’s ab program called Six Pack Abs. He explains how to do the ab crunches for your lower ab workout and when in your workout.

People can tell you all day long that you need to do crunches, but unless you ARE a personal trainer (I am :) or you have hired a personal trainer, you cannot know what to do, right?  I mean, those machines in the weight room are enough to scare you off and make you feel like you just landed the mother ship on an alien planet.  (Or at least that is how I felt when I FIRST walked into a weight room after having my first child.)

Perhaps you are way ahead of me – and I was a cheerleader for years, but that didn’t mean I somehow through osmosis learned how to maneuver weight machines in a gym, for goodness sakes! I mean, that was for guys – or so I thought! Now, I love the weight room and my lower ab workout is one of the final exercises that I do to stay in shape. When I see a two pack appear I know I’m on the right track and when the other definition and other lines appear on my lower abs I know they are there ON PURPOSE!

Regardless of what anyone tells you, unless you are a teenager that never eats, you have to watch what you eat and exercise to get the results you are probably looking for if you came to this page seeking help on how to get some good lookin’ abs.

The good news?  You can do this! You really can! It is no secret!  There are no secrets to getting beautifully ripped lower abs abs, there’s only good, solid habits to do that.  One way is a solid lower ab workout.  And since we weren’t born knowing that good habits, and most people around us don’t model “how to get great looking abs and looked ripped when we are 20-something, 30-something, 40-something, or like me 50-something, we need help.

Well, there are a lot of good guides out there, but I look for information by someone who

1.  Look good – I mean, looks like they do their own program;

2.  Has significant educational training – they know what they are talkin’ about!

3.  Don’t charge you an arm and a leg – just an arm – just kidding – in other words, cheap

enough where I can buy it, but enough money that I know it is worth my time to read it, buy

it and use it!

4.  I also look for testimonies of those people who have used the product to see what they

say since that is always important.

Anyway, hope that helps you out!
