i have exactly the same issue. have done for years. toned 4 top bars. square flat mass for bottom 4. i think it shows a healthy fat percentage. I was told a long time ago that 11% is ideal fat on body. To show bottom 4 you have to under that %. Which basically means you’re dehydrated and primed for competition for whichever sport. So if you really want it. I’d hit the treadmill and do some elevated V-sits. Peace.
